Weekend sign off

It feels a little strange to sign off after just a couple of days of blogging, but I am really looking forward to PC-unrelated activities and spending weekend with my men.

Next week is certainly going to be a “back-to-normal” kind of week: plenty of work and daily blogging.Although the work never really stopped, the time off blogging gave me a chance to evaluate a few things and priorities and make some decisions. It also brought me an exciting offer to be a part of the Lucky magazine community and do a bit of blogging for them once the project goes live on 10 August. Some of the posts will be featured on both Fashioned by Love and the Lucky website and some will be written specifically for the community. Come and say Hello – it’ll always put a smile on my face knowing that you are out there reading my humble creations.

For sanity sake, I’ve decided to blog for Fashioned by Love from Monday to Friday allowing myself some free time in weekends to relax, get inspired and draft a few stories.

Weekend sign off

So the best news this week is that John Galliano isn’t going to prison. Totally made my day when I heard about it.

The second good news is that I’m planning to have a lovely day today: shopping, coffee in a park and a movie in the afternoon. The one with Drew Barrymore, “Going the Distance”. Have you seen it?

I’m also making a delicious and indulgent apple pudding. It’s perfect early Autumn treat. The recipe will be here next week.

Weekend sign off

Good morning, darlings! Any plans for weekend? I hope you’ve got lots of treats in store for you.

Can we talk admin today, you think? I hope you don’t mind. I really really wanted to share some news and updates with you and today’s post seemed like a perfect opportunity.

So lets get down to all the news in order of importance.

First of all, I wanted to thank everyone who’s been following my blog. There are over 200 of you now and it makes me smile every time I see your comments and emails. I can’t express in words how much your support means to me and so I decided to host a little super adorable giveaway, which will take place in just over a week. Stay tuned!

Second thing I am incredibly happy about is an interview with somebody very special. The story will be published on a first week of September. I’ve also added a new page where you will be able to find all the interviews – you can either click here or on a pretty picture on the side bar.

Also it’s the time for another Fashioned by Love fashion week. It starts on Monday and will be dedicated to one of the companies and designer that I love to the point of obsession. I can honestly say that this label is one of my favourite, if not the most favourite, ones. Curious? Don’t forget to check the blog on Monday. Until then, my lips are sealed.
